Engineering
Our development expertise covers the entire value chain – from designing an optimal production process to cost-efficient and manufacturing-oriented component design. State-of-the-art measurement technology and reliable traceability of production data ensure our consistently high quality standards.
Toolmaking
In our in-house toolmaking department, we manufacture high-precision forging and trimming tools as well as the fixtures required for the production process. Using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software and powerful 5-axis machining centres, the tools required for your project are produced within the fastest possible production time.
Forming
For lightweight solutions with high strength and precise dimensional accuracy, we forge aluminium components on our directly driven screw presses with press forces of up to 1,600 tonnes. With our in-house die production, we enable innovative product developments with short lead times.
Heat Treatment
Proper heat treatment gives your products optimal mechanical properties. Our processes for aluminium materials include solution heat treatment in overhead systems, quenching in water baths and ageing processes in chamber furnaces.
CNC Machining
On multi-axis milling and machining centres, we process various aluminium materials and geometries with maximum precision through turning and milling. Our in-house fixture construction and tooling expertise provide the best conditions for solving complex challenges. Thanks to our know-how and flexibility, we can respond quickly to customer requirements.
Surface Treatment
Depending on requirements, we supply our components with a range of surface finishes. Technologies such as pickling, blasting, grinding, vibratory finishing and polishing are used.
In cooperation with external specialists, we also offer high-quality and durable surface systems.

Assembly
We supply our products either as individual components or as fully assembled units. For a wide range of applications in mechanical engineering, vehicle technology and the motorcycle industry, we assemble ready-to-install components. Labelling and traceability of individual parts are an integral part of our services.
