Umformtechnik Radebeul GmbH is a leading specialist in the production of aluminium closed-die forgings. For nearly 70 years, we have been manufacturing high-quality components from a wide range of aluminium alloys for a diverse range of industries, using state-of-the-art production facilities.
We are one of the few companies in the industry to offer all key production processes from a single source. Tool design, tool manufacturing, hot forming, heat treatment, machining, surface treatment and assembly are among our core competencies. A particular highlight of our product portfolio includes sophisticated and thin-walled visible components.
During the design and development phase, we support you in identifying the most cost-effective solution and in selecting suitable materials and manufacturing processes.
In our in-house toolmaking department, we produce all required tools and fixtures, tailored precisely to your product. As your partner, we ensure the success of your project – from prototype production through to series production.

In our production processes, we continuously strive to reduce energy and water consumption, CO₂ emissions and waste generation, while increasing recycling rates. Our goal is to develop products and solutions that consume less energy and conserve natural resources – both in manufacturing and in their application.
Our environmental management system is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001:2015.
