Where we store information on your device or access information already stored on your device, this is carried out in accordance with § 25 TDDDG. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Hetzner.

For security reasons, our website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser address line begins with “https://” and a lock symbol is displayed.

8.2 Polylang

We use the plugin Polylang to provide our website in multiple languages.

Polylang may set a technically necessary cookie named pll_language in order to store your selected language and make it available again when revisiting the website.

Storage is carried out on the basis of § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. Associated processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the user-friendly and technically correct provision of our multilingual website.


8.3 Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA v2 Invisible to protect our contact form against spam, misuse and automated access.

reCAPTCHA checks whether entries on our website are made by a natural person or abusively by automated programs. The following data may in particular be processed:

According to Google, reCAPTCHA data is processed on the basis of the Google Cloud Terms as a processor.

Processing is carried out to protect our website and contact form against spam, misuse and automated attacks.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure provision of our website and the prevention of abusive use of forms.

Where reCAPTCHA stores or accesses information on your device and this is not technically necessary, processing is carried out only in accordance with § 25 TDDDG. If reCAPTCHA is loaded via our consent management tool based on consent, processing is carried out on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG.

Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.


8.4 Google Maps

We use Google Maps on our website in order to display our location and enable route planning.

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland.

Google Maps is not loaded automatically on our website. The map is blocked by a content blocker until you actively enable it or provide your consent.

When using Google Maps, the following data may in particular be transmitted to Google:

8.5 Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited.

Google Analytics 4 enables us to analyse the use of our website and improve technical and content-related aspects.

Google Analytics 4 is only loaded if you have provided your consent.

According to Google, IP addresses of users from the European Union are neither logged nor stored permanently.

We use Google Analytics 4 without Google Signals, without remarketing functions and without linking to Google Ads unless explicitly stated otherwise.


8.6 Google Fonts

Fonts from Google Fonts may be used on our website.

If Google Fonts are hosted locally on our own server, no connection to Google servers is established.

If fonts are technically loaded externally from Google servers, your browser may establish a connection to Google servers. Your IP address may thereby be transmitted to Google.

According to Google, the Google Fonts API does not set cookies.

Where Google Fonts are externally loaded, processing is carried out only on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG.

9. Contact Form and Email Contact

If you contact us via our contact form or by email, we process the personal data you provide. This may include in particular:

  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Company information
  • Content of your message
  • Technical transmission metadata

Processing is carried out exclusively for handling your enquiry, contacting you and technical administration.

For the contact form, we use the WordPress plugin SureForms. Permanent storage of form entries within the plugin is disabled.

Messages are sent via SureMail using the PHP mail function. Technical transmission logs are stored in SureMail for a period of 60 days.

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, processing is additionally carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

10. Social Media Links

Our website contains links to our social media presences or those of affiliated companies.

This includes in particular:

  • Instagram presence of the UKM Group

These are merely standard links. No personal data is transmitted to the providers when simply visiting our website.

Only when clicking the respective link do you leave our website. From that point onwards, the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.

Within the careers section of our website, we link to job offers of the UKM Group and UKM technologies GmbH.

When accessing such an external link, you leave our website. The responsible party named on the target website is responsible for processing personal data there.

Applications are not processed via the website of Umformtechnik Radebeul GmbH.

Within our company, only those departments that require access to personal data for the respective purposes receive such access.

Unless a more specific retention period is stated in this Privacy Policy, personal data is deleted once the purpose of processing no longer applies and no legal retention obligations or legitimate interests require further storage.
